#1 Mastering Yoga Arm Balances :
This the fun, challenging workshop of arm-balances designed to teach you how to do arm-balances with greater mindfulness and ease. Students often over-rely on force when working on these poses rather than learning to understand the essential actions and movements. This sequence will help your body understand the mechanics and leverage of arm-balances and make these inspiring poses part of your repertoire. This class will invigorate you, challenge you, and educate you.
#2 Therapeutic Yoga Back & Spine :
Lower back pain is a very complex problem and can be very difficult to resolve. When you begin to suffer from lower back pain, Yoga can help, or make pain worse.
Which yoga practice is suitable for a person depends entirely on their activities. Each of us responds differently to various elements of a yoga practice, according to our individual strengths and weaknesses.
In this workshop, we will look into the anatomical point of back pain relief postures as well as how to practice spine related posture safely as well as to find the correct balance within themselves, bearing in mind that the muscular system is dynamic and constantly changing.
#3 Mastering Yoga Inversions :
Bring your courage to the encounter of challenging inversions in this innovative workshop. A strong progression will teach you to learn from fierce concentration of the mind and body control.
It is essential to learn inversion from an experienced, qualified yoga teacher that can see your body and give you direct feedback. In this workshop, all student will have direct hands on correction and adjustment.
#4 Therapeutic Yoga Shoulders & Neck :
How to relieve neck pain, neck Tension, headaches, and Shoulder Pain Through Yoga. Perfect for those who spend more than couple of hours in front of computer. Many of the neck and shoulder relief postures are accessible for all age and even every where.
You will learn about yoga poses that can help address both the symptoms and root causes of neck & shoulder pain.
#5 Mastering Yoga Back Bend & Split :
For some people back bending comes naturally while others of us have to work more deliberately to rind freedom. Whichever category you fall into, this workshop will look at how to deepen and create ease in your back bends by using your core to access your full potential. Split works very closely with the flexibility of the back and hips. Haein will teach you how to use your anatomy to your advantage to create an empowering and liberating back bend and split experience.
#6 Therapeutic Yoga Hips Opening :
We love to hate hip opening postures yet our bodies crave them and often feel lighter and more open in the whole body after. The majority of us sit for most of our days, shortening the hip flexors at the front of the hip and tightening the hip rotators
Since there are many muscles in the hip with many functions depending on the demands we place on our body, keeping these muscles supple can help us in ways that may not seem obvious at first. Hip openers may help us attain a standing pose we’ve been struggling with, or they may help us get down on the ground easily. Without mobility in your hip joint, you could ruin your knees and your lower back.
In this workshop, you will learn how the hip flexibility affects your yoga practice as well as your body structure.
