SOLAR ACROYOGA ELEVATION
This full solar power day will empower you in a dynamic active way where you will become stronger & open with courage leaving any Fears behind!
Our intention is to support you to go, to get along the standing acro path with confidence and ease.
Morning will be a fun training with partner conditionning and calibration, handstand, and Low Fly.
In the afternoon, you'll elevate your pratice to higher levels of success!

LUNAR LIQUID DANCE : THERAPEUTICS FLYING & THAI MASSAGE
Back to the Yin World... Now is the time for nurturing yourself, and restoring your energy.
Therapeutic flying & Thai massage will be in support for exploring the deep softness and careness within you, and share it. Through hands and feet touch, get into the sacred healing dances, and learn to feel, give & receive the nectar of therapeutics.

THE TEACHERS :
**Haein Cho :
Haein is originally from South Korea but she grew up in Auroville, spritual community in South India.
She's a certified Watsu & Lomilomi massage therapist, as well as Yoga & Acro yoga instructor. She fell in love with Belgian man and moved to Brussels in 2012 and opened her own yoga studio. Her current passion is putting people up side down and encourage them to change their perspective and find joy and playfulness in life, all around the world!
**Yohann Guichard :
Yohann has been teaching Acroyoga with passion since 2010. From teaching gentle thai massage for 13 years, he has gradually moved over the past years to more dynamic and solar body explorations, such as acrobatics and slackline.
Though, his healer background has a strong print on his acro & AcroYoga, still focused on alignment, grace, and feel-good motions.
Yohann is well appreciated for his precision, humour and creative mind.
Based in Paris, he does teach in Europe, as well as Asia and USA.
