SATURDAY 28H JUNE
* Workshop 1 : JEDI NINJA TRAINING
10am - 1pm
All the Strength aspects of the practice including Solar Asana warm up -
Strength elements such as Push -Ups, Hollow body, Planks.......to prepare us for Tightness drills & Inversions &Handstands and how to press up......
Working on transitions from Front bird to reverse bird shoulder-stand & Candlestick & fun flows using all these elements & more .........
* Workshop 2 : HOP & POP
3pm - 6pm
In this workshop we learn how to Pop, using dynamic momentum to move from one flying position to the next, moving through cartwheels, Ninja star, Easy Throne ,Star
exploring all the possibilities of Exciting Vibrant Movement in Motion.

SUNDAY 29th JUNE
* Workshop 3 : STAR TRANSITIONS & MONKEY SPINS
10am- 1pm
Come Explore the world of STARS ! flowing into Reverse Star, and learning ways to enter and integrate Star & Reverse star into Acro Sequences,
Learn New cool Monkey spins, rotating the flyer in new ways, learning crazy cool Washing machines & flows.
* Workshop 4 : FUNKY FEET & STABLE HANDS
3pm - 6pm
We will explore the World of Foot to Hand, Foot to Foot, Hand to Hand and how to Combine them all and move in and out of them in unique sequences and Acro flows.
Using Fun Games and Strength elements as a warm up, we will build up step by step to explore what happens when Feet and hands meet !!
