#1 Mastering Yoga Arm Balances :
This the fun, challenging workshop of arm-balances designed to teach you how to do arm-balances with greater mindfulness and ease. Students often over-rely on force when working on these poses rather than learning to understand the essential actions and movements. This sequence will help your body understand the mechanics and leverage of arm-balances and make these inspiring poses part of your repertoire. This class will invigorate you, challenge you, and educate you.
#2 Mastering Yoga Inversions :
Bring your courage to the encounter of challenging inversions in this innovative workshop. A strong progression will teach you to learn from fierce concentration of the mind and body control.
It is essential to learn inversion from an experienced, qualified yoga teacher that can see your body and give you direct feedback. In this workshop, all student will have direct hands on correction and adjustment.
#3 Mastering Yoga Back Bend :
For some people back bending comes naturally while others of us have to work more deliberately to rind freedom. Whichever category you fall into, this workshop will look at how to deepen and create ease in your back bends by using your core to access your full potential. Haein will teach you how to use your anatomy to your advantage to create an empowering and liberating back bending experience.
