Knowing and embracing our root is ever more in need in this super individualistic world that we live in. To get back our strength and discover the gift we received from our ancestors and that will be passed on to our children.
This retreat is an invitation to remember that we are not a stranger here, that you are not alone, that there has been people who've been on this path, passing the torch of light, that you belong here and you are loved.

PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
*Each morning we start with meditation and Yoga*
The Root is an intensive journey to bring awareness, responsibility, fluidity, and ultimately gratitude to our life’s journey, and to learn all that we can from our personal history and free ourselves from any patterns that may be negatively affecting our future.
During the retreat, the intention is to create the freedom of body, heart and mind to be able to view our past as the perfect training for living a creative, empowered and connected life now.
This retreat will bring healing and understanding to your own journey and that of your ancestors, and so support you to pass on your wisdom, and not your wounds, to the next generation. You will leave with a sense of forgiveness for the past, acceptance of the present and a clear sense of how to bring through your unique gifts into the world.
We will be exploring our intension through yoga, ceremony, Tantra, Mantra, movement & meditation.
This retreat is open for all age, bodies of all shapes and level of fitness.
FACILITATOR
Haein Cho :
Originally from South Korea, Haein grew up in Auroville, a spiritual community in South India. She’s a certified Watsu & massage therapist as well as a yoga & level 2 Acro yoga instructor. Haein shares Yoga & AcroYoga as practices available for every body, age, and ability. She aims to support all beings through movement, connection, and play.
With a background in Aquatic body work, she brings in a unique softness in her practice with fine balance between effortless movement and body control.
She has been teaching Yoga, Acroyoga & Meditation in form of retreat, workshop, class and in festivals and conventions in Mexico, Germany, Spain, Netherlands, Belgium, France, Greece, India, Korea, and Taiwan.
Haein, together with her partner Nicolas lived in South america for a year to work with plant medicine and Shamanism in 2016.
