About Your Guide

With over two decades of experience in the field of embodied practices, Haein brings a rare fusion of precision, presence, and soul to her teaching. Rooted in ancient yogic traditions and enriched by years of study in somatics, shamanic healing, and ritual, her work is both technically refined and deeply transformative.

She has guided hundreds of students and yoga teachers all around the world through in-depth trainings, immersive retreats, and ceremonial journeys — always returning to one core truth: that the body is a gateway to wisdom, and practice is a path of remembrance.

Known for her clear, intuitive teaching and her ability to hold depth with play, Haein creates spaces where practitioners feel both challenged and supported — where strength and surrender coexist, and asana becomes a living inquiry rather than a fixed form.
