ACRO YOGA :
AcroYoga is a dynamic partner practice that blends the wisdom of yoga, the dynamic power of acrobatics, and the loving kindness of healing arts. These three lineages form the foundation of a partner practice that cultivates trust, playfulness, and community.
AcroYoga has 3 main elements:
- Solar Acrobatic Practices that cultivate trust, empowerment and joy.
- Lunar Healing Arts Practices that cultivate listening, loving and letting go.
- Yogic Practices that cultivate breathe awareness, life balance and connection.

"A journey through scared healing dances"
There are endless ways of exploring our loving nature. Thai massage and Flying therapeutics will be the core ones for our Lunar practice in Acro yoga. First we’ll connect to the mindful essence of therapeutics - "being, breathing & feeling” - to let our intuition manifest. Then we'll move from grounded static poses to delightful dynamic flows.
LEVEL & PARTICIPANTS :
This workshop is a mixed level. Haein will support and challenge participants in different level.
No previous experience is required and no partner required.
This workshop could be interesting for dancers, gymnasts, acrobats, therapist, and all kinds of movement lovers! Join us and learn to fly!
TEACHER :
Haein shares AcroYoga as a practice that is available for every body, age, and ability, aiming to support all beings through movement, connection, and play.
She's a yoga teacher and the only level 2 Acroyoga teacher in Belgium. She shares her passion in Europe and Asia. With a background in Aquatic body work, she brings in a unique softness in her Acro Yoga practice with fine balance between effortless movement and body control.
