Yoga For Beginners
During those two introductory sessions, we will cover the fundamental aspects of yoga. This includes a brief overview of what yoga is, the introduction of the main breathing practices as well as the key asana (yoga postures).
During the classes, we will learn to cultivate a more relax, sensitive body and pay special attention to the way we engage in each posture safely.
The practice of yoga is helpful for individuals to understand their body, reduce stress associated with living in an urban environment, build inner strength and self-esteem.
This workshop is suitable for those who want to discover yoga and/or kickstart their yoga practice.
