This retreat is an invitation to feel good in your body, to move with pleasure, to breathe fully, and to be alive together at the threshold of summer.

Rooted in connection, touch, and shared practice, these days are designed to support the natural intelligence of life. When we feel well, when we are nourished and connected, something real begins to shift.
Not because we push for it but because life, when supported, knows how to transform itself.

Hosted by the Haein Yoga YTT facilitation team, this early-summer retreat in the South of France offers a spacious and embodied rhythm of practice, rest, and togetherness.

Our days are gently structured around two yoga practices per day β€” a morning session to awaken the body, breath, and attention, and an afternoon session to explore movement, play, and integration. The practices are grounding and accessible, offering depth without pressure.

Alongside yoga, we will weave in Thai yoga massage, acro yoga, movement and dance, nature connection, ceremony, and other somatic explorations. There will be time for rest, swimming, singing together, and the simple pleasure of being in good company.

Each facilitator brings a distinct background. From yoga, meditation, and acro yoga, to Thai yoga massage, dance, music, permaculture, and social work. Together, we create a rich and human field where learning happens through experience, and connection unfolds naturally.

This retreat is not about fixing yourself or striving to become someone else. It is for those who sense that well-being, pleasure, and presence are powerful teachers and that real change often arises quietly, from being met and supported.

Held in the warmth and beauty of the South of France, at the cusp of summer, this retreat offers a chance to slow down, move deeply, laugh easily, and let life unfold in its own time.

 FACILITATORs

Haein Cho : Yoga Teacher Β· Ceremony

Haein is a yoga teacher and facilitator whose work is rooted in embodiment, presence, and relational practice. Drawing from yoga, meditation, and ceremonial work, she supports spaces of depth, ease, and connection through lived experience.

Paloma  Mattez  : Yoga Teacher Β· Thai Yoga Massage

Paloma is a yoga teacher and bodyworker trained in Thai Yoga Massage. Her work is guided by deep listening and respect for the body’s intelligence, offering grounded and nourishing spaces for movement and rest.

Victoria Spezialetti  : Yoga Teacher Β· Dance

Vic is a yoga teacher and movement facilitator with a background in dance, music, and theatre. She brings creativity, playfulness, and care into collective practice, supporting embodied expression and connection.

Aurelie Hennebert  : Yoga Teacher Β· Permaculture

AurΓ© is a yoga teacher with a background in permaculture and social work. Her work is inspired by movement in nature and relational awareness, bringing steadiness, warmth, and sensitivity to group practice.

Cancelation up to 30days prior to the event, your payment is transferable 100% or reimbursable 100% minus 100€ booking fee. Cancelation between 30days and 15days prior to the event, your payment is reimbursable 50% of the fee minus the booking fee or transferable 100%.
